Going Green 6

This ATC comes from my very good friend Yvonne. And yes, she too is a Paper Pal Gal and one of my best customers and supporter!
One of my favorite sets is Priceless and I love how she used it to show the "flight" of the butterfly!

Faux Silk!

This is an example of a Faux Silk Background!  Yes, it is bright!
This card was one that I made at my recent Paper Pals Gathering!
We turned our "Going Green" Atc's into a card!

Here is another take on the same technique.  This is Michael's card!  I think that he got a bit excited about turning his ATC....Same background technique, using different colors one this one, for a more soft look!

Quick Scrapbook Pages...

These are 6 X 6 scrapbook pages.  Quick, Simple and no stamping.  Just Cardstock, DSP, Ribbon, Punches and a little bling!  This is a great project for the beginner.  You can use this to build up to an
8.5 X 11 page and then to a 12 X 12 page.
*Punches used in this project are from the Occasions Mini and Sale A Bration Brochures!

Layering with ink.....

Sometimes I get carried away and get consumed with layers!  So with this card I really tried to layer with ink!  I used the negative space of a oval to sponge the shape in.  I used the vines from the new Vintage Vogue stamp set and the Love You Much stamp from the Well Scripted stamp set (both from the Occasions Mini Catalog)  Then I had to have just a bit of layering so I added the Butterflies from the Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die also found in the Occasions Mini.
