Back By Request!

Remember this scrapbook page?
(Wow, how my boys have grown since then! Alex is a sophmore in College now and Tyler is now driving and is a sophmore in High School)
I have to admit, it is one of my favorites!
I am posting this page again as a request from Linda!
I am so glad you like this page!
It is a wonderful compliment to hear that you wanted to see it again!

April Workshop Project #1

This sickly looking fellow was made with the Pick A Petal set!
It is a very basic card, but does the trick when you need a card fast!
Get Well cards are ones that I never seem to have on hand.
Getting a card with the bowl of soup, always makes the soup taste better!

In the Spotlight!

This is the "Spotlight" technique!
I love how easy and quick it actually is!
Simply stamp your image then punch an area (or two) out. (Here I used a 1" circle punch)
Layer up your image as normal.
Now to cover up those ugly holes....
Use coordinating cardstock; punch a bigger circle.  (Here I used a 1 1/4" circle punch).
Adhere your punched image to the larger solid punch piece and adhere back to your orginal stamped image!

Good 'ay, Mate!

This punch kangaroo was the perfect character for this 6X6 scrapbook page.
The girl in the picture (a friend of my son, Alex) is from Australia!

This little guy works good on a card too!
Here he is hopping around in the outback bush!

Fox and Friend!

These cute little boxes are great to give a small gift in!
The heads are made with the Top Note for the Big Shot!
While the Fox is a starter box, there are only a few more steps to create the raccoon!
How many more animals can you make using the Top Note?

Saturday's Sneak Peak!

This is one of the projects that we will be making at tomorrows workshop!
The general idea I got from one of my UDI sisters, Gretchen Barron!  I loved her color combination!
This card could be used for any occasion just by changing up the sentiment.  For me, I am stocking up
on birthday cards!  I think that this paper rose card will be perfect for a June Birthday!
